We work with different shift schedules depending on operational needs, ranging from 4-shift to daytime work. For you as a Volvostegare, primarily 2-shift work applies, where you alternate between mornings one week and afternoons the next. This provides variety in your work and insight into how our production operates over time. As a Volvostegare, you'll also have the opportunity to rotate among 3 different departments during the year, giving you a unique insight into our operations.
