We are now looking for a Technical Manager Park & Grounds for the Ulriksdal property area. About the Assignment During 2026, there is a need for a technical manager within park and grounds with placement at Ulriksdal Palace. The role involves on-site work, and travel may occur. The property area includes tenants where security clearance may be relevant in connection with projects. This is handled by the respective tenant. About the Role As a technical manager, you are responsible for long-term planning and development of park and grounds areas to ensure the properties' financial and cultural-historical value. You have a central role in driving and implementing projects and work closely with the property manager and operations organization. Key Responsibilities Responsible for long-term maintenance planning of park and grounds Initiate, investigate, and develop decision-making materials for maintenance and renovation projects Project manage implementation, from planning to follow-up Budget, plan, procure, and coordinate contracts Develop management plans for parks and trees Conduct risk tree assessments Ensure that work is carried out with great consideration for cultural-historical values Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Higher education in landscape engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent (alternatively equivalent experience) B-category driver's license At least 3 years of experience working with tree populations and risk trees At least 3 years of experience in project management Experience with public procurement according to the Swedish Public Procurement Act (2016:1145), at least 3 years Experience with laws and requirements related to property ownership and contract law Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience working in culturally and historically valuable park and grounds environments Advanced expertise in park and grounds matters Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, you are structured, self-driven, and have a good ability to drive projects forward.
