You will become an important part of a new End-to-End Cable Center of Excellence responsible for developing, verifying, industrializing, and productionizing advanced cable systems. The operation is building a fast-paced and cross-functional team responsible for the entire product lifecycle – from concept and development to verified series production. Tasks and Responsibilities As an Electrical Application Engineer, you are responsible for electrical design, verification, and integration of cable systems in military vehicles and defense systems. You translate system requirements and technical specifications into robust electrical solutions and work closely with systems engineers, mechanical designers, production engineers, quality assurance, procurement, and suppliers. You follow the solution through the entire development chain – from requirements analysis and design to prototype, verification, system integration, and handover to production. About MIL Cabling MIL cabling, Military Cable Harnesses, are advanced cable systems for military vehicles and defense systems. They must function in very demanding environments and meet high requirements for robustness, quality, traceability, and reliability. The design needs to consider electrical load, signal integrity, electromagnetic compatibility, environmental impact, material selection, interfaces, and installation conditions. I am a 17-year-old girl living on the outskirts of Tibro with my family. I need help with toileting, supervision while I sleep, taking my medications, helping me get to various activities, and being my support in daily life where my disability creates limitations. I have a muscle weakness that requires me to do stretching exercises regularly. I don't have spoken language and communicate using pictures, body language, gestures, my communication book PODD, and my digital communication device. I also use a pointing lamp as an aid. I also have epilepsy, so I need help if and when I have seizures. I eat via a tube/button in my stomach, and it's helpful if you have experience with this, otherwise I can teach you. If you have experience or training, that's a plus. We are looking for a woman who is easy to work with and able to handle multiple tasks at once. You should of course enjoy working with young people. We prefer that you have at least nursing assistant training or equivalent, and previous experience working with children. We appreciate experience with autism, feeding tubes, and tube feeding. The team around our client is important, so we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and that it "clicks" between you and our client. A driver's license and access to a car are required, as public transportation does not align with our working hours. Staffing needs are mainly weekdays/weekends from 09:00-21:00 during our client's school/summer breaks, and until the summer break begins, weekdays are 14:05-21:30. Also overnight shifts 21:00-09:00.
