About the Role As a security clearance specialist at Recway, you will: Conduct qualified security clearance interviews in accordance with the Security Protection Act Analyze information to assess loyalty, reliability, and vulnerability Lead conversations with structure and focus—without missing critical details Formulate clear conclusions and recommendations to our clients' security organizations Build trust and confidence even in sensitive conversations Interviews take place primarily in person, which means travel within Sweden is a natural part of the work. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with documented experience in security clearance investigations or other qualified interviews. You're comfortable analyzing complex information and have a natural ability to see the bigger picture. With integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust, you succeed in creating confidence even in sensitive situations. We'd like to see that you: Have sound judgment and can distinguish the essential from the non-essential Are self-driven and confident in making your own decisions Are comfortable working in environments with high confidentiality requirements Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and can express yourself clearly and professionally Have a natural ability to build relationships and create trust Desirable Experience: The Swedish Armed Forces, intelligence work, HR, journalism, or social work You're based in Scania, but travel within Sweden occurs regularly.
