Cleaning Professional for Construction and Move-Out Cleaning

Eko Sstädspecialisten is a service-oriented cleaning company based in Uppsala and the surrounding region. For us, it is important that the work we do maintains high quality and is performed in a way that considers our environment. We are expanding our team and seeking an engaged cleaning professional. In this role, you will primarily work with rough and fine cleaning after construction projects (construction cleaning) as well as thorough move-out cleaning of residential units and commercial spaces throughout Uppsala. We are starting the employment as an on-call hourly position based on demand, which works perfectly if you want to start flexibly during weekdays. For the right person who shows initiative, there are excellent opportunities for the position to transition into a stable part-time employment at 50%. Your Responsibilities Construction Cleaning: Rough cleaning, removal of construction dust, paint splatters, and fine cleaning in preparation for handover of newly built or renovated spaces. Move-out Cleaning: Complete cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, window washing, and all surfaces in vacant residential units according to applicable guidelines. Handling of professional cleaning equipment, machinery, and environmentally-friendly cleaning products. What We Are Looking For: Education: You have approved cleaning training, for example an SRY professional certificate, PRYL, or equivalent documented cleaning professional training. Experience: You have previous experience with move-out cleaning, construction cleaning, or other professional facility maintenance. Quality-Conscious: You are extremely thorough and efficient as move-out and construction cleaning require an eye for detail. Driver's License: You have a category B driver's license to be able to travel to and from different projects. Language: You speak Swedish or English fluently, both orally and in writing, to be able to understand checklists and instructions. Physical Fitness: You are in good physical condition as the work is active and occasionally physically demanding. Employment Requirements: Criminal Record Check: Presenting a clean criminal record check is a requirement for employment.
