About the Assignment You will have overall responsibility for the business unit's Sales & Operations Planning process and become the connecting force between market and production. Your Main Areas of Responsibility You will, among other things: Own and develop the business unit's Sales & Operations Planning process. Ensure accurate forecasts and long-term capacity planning. Translate sales forecasts and project portfolios into realistic production and resource plans. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and capacity challenges before they impact delivery or economics. Lead cross-functional planning forums between sales, project management, design, and production. Develop decision-making materials for prioritization, investments, and replanning. Develop working methods, KPIs, and digital planning tools. Contribute to increased delivery precision, higher resource utilization, and improved profitability. Who Are You?
