We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and want to work nights in an operation where safety, quality and good treatment are at the center. As a nursing assistant at Tallbacken, you play an important role in creating a safe and secure environment for our residents during the night. You work closely with the residents and become an important part of the team that together provides high-quality care. Job Description As a nursing assistant, you work nights with care and nursing based on each resident's individual needs and implementation plan. You perform personal care and assist with, among other things, dressing and undressing, personal hygiene and toilet visits. During the night, you are attentive to the residents' needs and actively work to create calm, safety and security at the facility. The work also includes medical nursing interventions on delegation from a nurse. You work according to IBIC, Senior Alert and BPSD and are responsible for documenting performed interventions as well as handling digital incident reporting. The position means that you work on all departments at Tallbacken during your night shifts. This means that you need to be able to adapt to different residents' needs and the operation's conditions. During available time, you may also work on other departments within the municipality. The work contains physical elements, including transfers and lifting. You therefore need to have the physical capacity to handle the practical parts of the work and be able to work in a safe and ergonomic manner.
