Now we are looking for you—a student who wants to work part-time alongside your studies as an assembler in our production facility at Hydroware in Alvesta! About the Position As an assembler in our production, you will work primarily with assembly, both mechanical and electrical, at our production stations. Your tasks will include connecting or assembling orders according to the corresponding wiring diagrams and manufacturing orders, though other tasks may also occur. You will be part of our pool and cover peak periods and absences, which means that over time you will learn multiple departments and have varying tasks during your shifts. We hope that you have the ability to work 1–3 days/evenings per week. Work will primarily be scheduled for evening shifts, but daytime shifts may also occur. Specific shifts and times will be agreed upon continuously between you and the production manager. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and goal-oriented. You understand the importance of good teamwork and see the team's goals as your goals—we build together. You are also flexible, happy to help where needed, and can adapt to new conditions and challenges. We also see that you are driven and follow through until completion! We prefer that you have experience from similar work. Ideally, you have electrical training from, for example, upper secondary school, or you have worked with electrical assembly and therefore have knowledge of tools.
