About the Position As a construction worker at Peab, you will work with various types of site and infrastructure projects that contribute to developing and improving infrastructure on Gotland. The work tasks are varied and can include excavation and utilities work, ground preparation, and other infrastructure-related tasks. You will be an important part of a team where safety, quality, and collaboration are in focus. At the same time, you will have the freedom to take responsibility and use your experience to find smart solutions in your daily work. This is a permanent employment. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working outdoors, and thrives in a practical and varied everyday environment. You are used to taking responsibility for your work and contribute with positive engagement to the work team. We would like you to have: Trade certification in construction and/or several years of experience in site and infrastructure work Experience with ground and utilities work Class B driver's license As a Person, You Are: Self-driven and initiative-taking Flexible and solution-oriented Responsible and thorough A team player who contributes to a positive work environment Care about order and organization on the work site You like to use your experience to find efficient working methods that contribute to high quality, good economics, and projects that stay on schedule.
