We work with contract manufacturing of sheet metal parts and offer services including laser cutting, bending, and welding for customers in various industries. With over 100 years of experience in sheet metal processing, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. About the Role As a production worker with us, you will be an important part of the entire production chain. The role is varied and includes tasks in several areas of our operations. A large part of the work takes place around our various machines where you monitor, ensure efficient material flow, and produce parts. Other production tasks may include finishing of sheet metal parts, welding, measurement and quality control, as well as preparation of finished products for delivery. Here you will work with advanced production equipment in a modern manufacturing environment where quality, development, and technical expertise are in focus. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with a technical interest who enjoys varied work in a production environment. You are motivated by working toward clear goals, taking responsibility for your work, and seeing concrete results from what you do. As a person, you are thorough, engaged, and take initiative when you see what needs to be done. You work independently when required, but are also a team player who contributes to good collaboration and a positive work environment. We would like you to have experience from manufacturing industry or similar operations. If you have previously worked in the metal industry, with CNC machines, or have knowledge of MIG and/or TIG welding, we see that as a merit, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities, your technical interest, and your willingness to learn. For success in the role, we see that you have good computer skills and speak and write Swedish well.
