Your competence as a nursing assistant is important both in daily care and in noticing things that can affect the resident's health and well-being. Working hours are scheduled day/evening shifts. Your experience To be suitable for this role, you need to: have documentation from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) authorizing you to use the protected professional title nursing assistant have experience working in elderly care be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written be able to use the digital tools needed in the work.
