About the Workplace Stuvsta Health Center is part of Praktikertjänst and operates on behalf of Region Stockholm. We have approximately 70 employees and over 22,000 registered patients, with 155 enrolled in home healthcare services. Job Responsibilities As a nurse and unit manager, you work from a holistic perspective with the patient's health in focus. The goal is to provide patients with personalized, safe, and secure care in their homes. Your responsibilities include standard nursing duties as well as personnel management for the home healthcare team and overall responsibility for daily operations. The team consists of 6 nurses and 7 nursing assistants, plus one permanent physician. You work in a team with other professionals such as district nurses, nurses, physicians, and nursing assistants, and participate in rounds with a dietitian, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. Your Profile We are looking for a nurse/district nurse with experience in a management role, or alternatively as a coordinator, who also wants to work clinically. Experience with basic home healthcare and knowledge of the TakeCare patient records system is a plus. A driver's license is required. As a person, you are engaged, empathetic, self-motivated, and have strong collaboration skills. You are goal-oriented, flexible, and take responsibility for both your work and the operations.
