About the role Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. The work consists of helping elderly people in their own homes with personal care, service activities such as shopping and cleaning, and responding to safety alarms. Your duties also include performing social documentation and performing certain health and medical care tasks on delegation from a nurse. Thanks to you, our customers can continue to live at home and maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. About Ullstämma In addition to home care services, we have 26 secure housing units in the Ullstämma district in Linköping. Our facilities are located at Stenåldersvägen 8. We have a clear organization regarding different roles, routines, and what is expected of our employees when working with customers. We have present managers – so that our employees get the support they need. We have a unique working time model where our employees can largely be offered full-time work, Monday to Friday, which is unusual in care and elderly services. We have a dementia team with specialized knowledge in dementia care and who coach their colleagues in working with our customers who have dementia. Perhaps you want to be part of the team? We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills, experience with documentation, and local knowledge are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
