Employment Terms and Conditions Duties: Mon - Fri & every other weekend Employment level: 70 - 75% Working hours: 15:30 - 22:30 Employment type: Permanent with initial 6-month probationary period Start date: Immediately or by agreement Work location: You will be based at our office in Österåker and work within Österåker municipality. Job Duties – What will you do? As an employee with us, you will work in customers' homes with varying tasks based on individual needs: Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and mobility support Social support & conversation – create security through presence and good demeanor Daily living support – help with meals and light household chores Supervision & safety – identify needs and contribute to safe care Documentation – document according to care plans Safety alarms – quickly respond to acute needs from customers who have activated alarms. We work on behalf of Österåker Municipality and are responsible for both standard home care tasks and handling safety alarms between 07:00 - 22:30. This means varied assignments with both scheduled and more urgent tasks. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is committed and wants to contribute to safe and professional home care: Nursing assistant certification (preferred) – you have a recognized qualification, preferably with experience Experience in care and health work – you have previously worked in home care, elderly care, or similar Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly Class B driver's license – you are a safe and experienced driver Cycling comfortable – you feel comfortable traveling between customers by bicycle Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in various situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding.
