As Operating Manager, you will be responsible for the long-term development of the region's gyms by driving renovations, new openings, investments, and major development projects. Solrosen Dementia Care Home is a residential care facility for individuals with dementia. The home is located in central Visby, surrounded by a lush garden with many fruit trees. Solrosen Dementia Care Home has existed since 1996. Our goal is to create a safe and home-like environment and stimulate residents to engage in various activities that preserve their self-esteem. We meet residents with warmth and joy and create conditions for participation and independence. All meals served at Solrosen are prepared from scratch in our three separate unit kitchens. When we work, we always keep the individual's best interests in focus. We value engaged and competent staff who are attentive to the individual's needs. We work to create a sense of security and a familiar environment, which is important for people with dementia. We have staff who are Silvia-certified, and all staff are offered continuous professional development. Solrosen Dementia Care Home has 30 apartments, all located on the ground floor. The home has three units: Solen, Rosen, and Gläntan. We have staff around the clock, and our own registered nurse is on site every weekday. A general practitioner visits us every week. Solrosen has excellent ratings in the National Board of Health and Welfare's elderly guide. We use clarifying aids and a calm and secure approach. We succeed when our residents experience independence and a good life within their circumstances. We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or have equivalent care training. You are experienced at prioritizing tasks and enjoy working in close collaboration with colleagues.
