Operating Manager for Fitness24Seven - Temporary Position

We are now seeking an Operating Manager with overall responsibility for our technical capacity, operational standards, and development in the East Region. As Operating Manager, you will be responsible for the long-term development of the region's gyms by driving renovations, new openings, investments, and major development projects. The role focuses on planning and ensuring future facility, equipment, machine, and member experience needs, while coordinating budget, suppliers, and projects. Practical Information Location: Stockholm office in Kista Employment Type: Temporary, full-time Work Period: September 1, 2026 – September 1, 2027 Application Deadline: 8/14 In the role, you will, among other things: Manage relationships with suppliers, property owners, and service partners, and ensure efficient collaborations and cost-effective agreements. Project lead and coordinate technical initiatives such as renovations, new openings, closures, procurements, and investment projects. Ensure that concepts, guidelines, and policies are followed in technical delivery. Monitor and analyze costs for operations, repairs, maintenance, and investments. Drive improvement projects together with Operations Managers in other regions to develop customer experience. Support the Regional Manager with expertise in technical matters and long-term planning. Collaborate closely with functions such as procurement, expansion, and operations to create efficient processes and methods. You will be part of our Eastern regional team and report to the Regional Manager East. What a typical week might look like: Monday Weekly planning, management, and approval of invoices Tuesday Project work and site visits related to renovations, investments, and new openings Wednesday Meetings with support functions to ensure operations and member experience develop as planned Thursday Equipment placement for new openings and renovations with external and internal stakeholders Friday Weekly follow-up, meetings with Regional Manager, planning for the coming week, and follow-up on ongoing projects Who We Think You Are We are looking for someone who puts the team first and enjoys an environment where collaboration, trust, and lack of pretense are the foundation for success.
