Property Management Assistant
We are Balder. We like to think that we're not like every other real estate company. That we dare to challenge the industry's old truths. That you can absolutely have a range of residential properties, commercial spaces and hotels and build new as well as develop what we already have. Our commercial portfolio continues to grow and we are therefore now looking for a Property Management Assistant for our commercial property management in Gothenburg! What is property management really about? Well, in the big picture two things. People and buildings. In that order. Therefore, we are looking for a colleague who is genuinely interested in the real estate industry and who enjoys building relationships and taking care of and developing our properties. For us, it's about feeling a responsibility for how things go for Balder, our tenants and the projects. You don't act selfishly, but for the benefit of the business. Generally, the working day involves actively working together with the property manager within the business area. Tasks include inspections and leasing of storage spaces/parking spaces/commercial premises, contact with contractors, invoice handling as well as accounts receivable and debt collection. About you. We're always looking for new stars. Are you our next colleague ready to build a career with us? We would like to see that you have experience in service and/or the real estate industry. It is a merit if you have education and/or previous experience in commercial property management. The most important thing, however, is your willingness to learn! You understand what it means to take responsibility, rather than receive it. You also need to have an interest in the people you meet since a large part of the job involves communication and relationship building with tenants, contractors and colleagues. You also need to love doing business as business acumen is the foundation of our success. You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and hold a Class B driver's license. Application. Submit your application today as selection takes place on a rolling basis. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period, on-site work five days a week. Based at our head office in Gothenburg.
