Bleketskolan is a grades 7-9 school with approximately 200 students located in Bleket in southwestern Tjörn, beautifully situated close to sea and nature. The school is organized into three work teams, by grade level. We view collegial collaboration as important and work closely together within the teams. We have a strong student support team with clear organization and routines, which contributes to safety and high achievement for students. Right now we are also in an exciting development phase. A completely new school section is under construction and we are equipping the entire school to create even better conditions for hands-on learning, varied instruction, and subject development. The new facilities will strengthen both the learning environment and work environment and give our students and staff the opportunity to work in good educational settings. Bleketskolan is a school to thrive in for everyone! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a teacher to provide instruction in mathematics, natural sciences, and technology. Mentorship with corresponding parent contact, parent meetings, and development conversations are included in the role. We are looking for someone who is positive and engaged in your assignment. As a teacher, you are clear in your communication and skilled at collaborating with others. Your leadership style creates engagement and participation and you build sustainable relationships based on mutual respect. For us, collaboration is important and we want you to work together with other staff to contribute to the work team's and school's development. Digital tools are a given in daily work. QUALIFICATIONS You are a certified teacher, special education teacher, or have other appropriate training. You are comfortable using ICT tools. You have a good ability to build positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Start date by agreement. Temporary position for fall semester 2026 with possibility of extension. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: start date 2026-08-13, end date 2026-12-22. If you are offered employment within the Children and Education Administration, you are required according to the Education Act to provide an excerpt without remarks from the Swedish Police's criminal record register.
