Job Duties With us, you will have an important and meaningful role where you provide qualified advice and support to people who need help creating a long-term sustainable economy. The assignment is based on the principle of helping people help themselves—your work is about giving people tools, knowledge, and guidance so they can take control of their own financial situation. This can range from creating a budget to managing debt or applying for debt relief. In this role, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with other actors. You will have many contact points, including with social services, Kronofogdemyndigheten, and other authorities. The work requires sensitivity and the ability to build trust in interactions with people in financially vulnerable situations. At the same time, you need to be able to maintain a clear boundary between the advisory role and official duties and ensure that advice is given professionally, independently, and objectively. Part of the assignment is preventive work, which means you sometimes hold information meetings for, for example, municipal employees, students, or organizations. Through your commitment, you also contribute to developing work methods and collaborations and to the continued development of operations as changes in the new social services legislation occur. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: - A university degree in, for example, economics, social work, law, political science, or other relevant education. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good analytical and empathetic abilities and the ability to adapt communication to your audience. - The ability to structure, plan, and independently take responsibility for your work. - A service-oriented and positive attitude.
