QUALIFICATIONS You must have completed education from a healthcare and social care program, alternatively a Child and Recreation program with a focus on social work, or another education/competence that the employer deems equivalent. You must have experience working with people with functional variations within LSS and have had or currently have medication delegation. Furthermore, it is important that you have documentation and computer skills, as the work includes medical and social documentation, which requires good proficiency in Swedish both spoken and written. Assignment Description We are seeking a technical tester for a large-scale transformation program in the Asset Finance field. The role is part of the program's Quality Assurance workflow and focuses on ensuring high quality and reliable deliveries in a complex system environment. You will work hands-on with manual and technical testing as well as plan and execute test activities in line with the overall test strategy. The role involves designing test cases based on business requirements and user stories, conducting exploratory testing, validating critical business processes, and ensuring sufficient test coverage across systems and integrations. You will collaborate closely with developers, business representatives, and external vendors to understand business flows, verify functionality, and contribute to successful deliveries. Responsibilities also include defect management, integration and end-to-end testing, API testing where relevant, and contributing to continuous improvement of test processes, documentation, and quality work throughout the program. Qualifications Solid experience as a tester in IT projects and good technical understanding. Practical experience with manual testing (this is not an automation role).
