This can result in being excluded from social settings and forced into involuntary isolation. We want to prevent that. As a contact person under the Social Services Act, you can become a support in taking small steps back to social community or in maintaining your social life. This is not a therapeutic assignment but simply being a fellow human who makes a difference through time and participation. This is an expression of interest.
