We are seeking extra staff for the front desk at Comfort Hotel Arctic in Luleå. Are you service-oriented, responsible, and enjoy meeting people? We are now looking for extra staff for the front desk at Comfort Hotel Arctic in Luleå. As a receptionist, you are the face of the hotel and work to give our guests a warm welcome and a positive experience. Your tasks include check-ins and check-outs, booking management, guest service, sales, and administrative duties at the front desk. We are looking for someone who: - Is positive, flexible, and solution-oriented. - Has excellent customer service skills and enjoys working with people. - Can work evenings, weekends, and if needed, weekdays. - Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - Is comfortable with computers. Previous experience from hotels, front desk, or service positions is a merit, but we place great importance on personal suitability.
