About Us Din Psykolog is a rapidly growing digital clinic with the goal of making treatment accessible, safe, and evidence-based – for everyone, regardless of where they are located. We continue to grow and are looking for more licensed psychotherapists who want to work with us and become part of our dedicated team. About the Role Din Psykolog is headquartered in Stockholm, but you will work entirely remotely as an IKBT psychotherapist with us, meeting clients through: 💬 Internet-based CBT (IKBT) with chat feedback 🖥️ Video-based therapy sessions online You will treat clients in primary care with mild to moderate mental health issues, while also being an active part of our professional network. What We Offer 🏡 Work from anywhere – everything happens online, with the option to work from home, the countryside, or wherever you're most comfortable. ⏰ Flexible working hours - work 10-40 hours per week, adapted to your life situation. Perfect if you want to combine this with other assignments, academic work, or a full-time job. 🧠 Training and professional development in IKBT together with both colleagues and managers. 🛠️ Focus on clinical work – minimal administration thanks to smart technology, extensive resource library, and a knowledgeable tech team. 🤝 Security and community – you become part of a strong team and receive support from both colleagues and managers. Your direct manager is available when you need advice, supervision, or someone to bounce ideas off. Who We're Looking For To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you: ✔️ Are a licensed psychotherapist with CBT training. ✔️ Have at least one year of treatment experience. ✔️ Are registered as a resident in Sweden. ✔️ It's a plus if you can work evenings and/or weekends.
