Special Education Teacher with Special Pedagogy Assignment at Klingsborgsskolan

Do you understand that people learn in different ways and can adapt how you convey knowledge? Then you could be our new special education teacher! Who are we? Klingsborgsskolan is a grades 7-9 school located in the Klingsberg district between Hageby and central Norrköping. We have many exciting things underway and we are looking for you who wants to be part of our development journey into the future. Klingsborgsskolan is newly renovated with facilities that opened in 2020 and we are proud of the spaces we have at our disposal. Starting in the 2026/2027 school year, we are a three-parallel school with a total of 9 classes distributed across grades 7-9 of primary school. In addition to primary school, the school also has an adapted primary school program. The adapted primary school is its own school unit with its own principal. Klingsborgsskolan previously participated in the project "Collaboration for the Best School." This is a project that the government has tasked the Swedish National Agency for Education with implementing in order to raise knowledge outcomes and increase equity within and between schools. During the spring term of 2018, a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the school's needs was conducted, resulting in a customized action plan to guide the implementation of changes and improvements to achieve desired results. You work with assessment and systematic follow-up of students' learning and development in order to provide students in need of special support with better conditions to succeed in school. You work with assessments, coaching, and teaching in small groups of students or in the classroom. You collaborate with teachers, student coaches, the student support team, and school leadership and are part of the grade 8 work team. We are looking for you who have a special education teacher degree for grades 7-9 and who have experience working with language development.
