About Us
Aleris ASIH is part of the Aleris Primary Care business area, which also includes a specialized palliative care ward, Basic home care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut. Our operations have extensive experience in providing ASIH care, and there are currently 9 ASIH teams in the southern regions of Stockholm. We have high expertise and well-established working methods, and we operate a well-functioning palliative inpatient ward located at Handen Hospital. Within ASIH, we care for seriously ill patients who receive care in their own homes and need advanced care services that would otherwise be provided in inpatient settings. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient receives care. This includes, among other things, providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and through 24-hour availability.
Everyone in our multiprofessional team works closely together to meet patients' needs in the best possible way. We work person-centered and with the 6 S's as support in our approach. We are also actively implementing digitalization in healthcare, such as video visits and message reception for the unit.
At ASIH Söderort, you will work in multiprofessional teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. In the team, we maintain an open and supportive atmosphere, helping each other in daily work and collaborating across the boundaries of our ASIH units when needed.

About You
We are looking for someone who values providing good care, personal attention, and maintains high quality in patient work through your professionalism. As a district nurse, you are accustomed to working independently and adapt easily to different situations. We would like to see you engage in the development of the operation and work with your colleagues to promote modern and efficient care.
We are looking for you who:
• are a district nurse, preferably with experience in palliative care and advanced home healthcare, or have an interest in learning more about palliative care and ASIH
• have a driver's license (Class B)
• are communicative and comfortable in larger settings
• are attentive, empathetic, and present with integrity and high loyalty
• have a positive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and have a good ability to prioritize and structure your work
• are flexible and open to new challenges, interested in development, think innovatively, and find new solutions
• have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Employment Terms
Employment Type: Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period
Scope: Full-time, day, evening, and weekend shifts
Start Date: By agreement
