Diabetes Nurse at Kry Healthcare Center Skarptorp in Norrköping
Do you want to work at the top of your competence, every day? Then we want to talk to you! About Kry Healthcare Center Skarptorp Hi! My name is Martina Bäck and I am the operations manager and nurse here at the healthcare center. I am driven by creating a workplace where we don't just do the job but develop how the job is done. Here it's just as natural to ask for help as it is to contribute ideas. We are a team of about 30 people with about 8,800 registered patients. The healthcare center is located in Skarphagen and is a well-functioning center with a dynamic and learning environment where we work together for our patients. Connected to the healthcare center, we have both a child health center and an elderly care clinic. At the healthcare center, we have a strong focus on good patient care, good accessibility, and health-promoting work. Do you want to be part of the healthcare center and Kry's continued journey in digiphysical care? Apply for the position with us! Why Kry? We have changed how healthcare is provided in Sweden for over ten years. Made it digital, accessible, and more equitable. But we're not done, and that's the point. At Kry, we believe the boldest thing you can do in healthcare is to be kind. And those who know healthcare should lead it. With us, you get the mandate to do it – take it, don't ask for it. What You Actually Do This is a combined role where you will work 75% as a diabetes nurse and 25% as a nurse or district nurse. The work includes all tasks of a district nurse/nurse at a healthcare center. You will also work with an independent clinic for diabetes patients where you have your own waiting list that you call in for annual check-ups, in close collaboration with the patient's responsible physician. You meet patients with a wide range of conditions – at the clinic, digitally, and in clinical assessments. The focus here is on independent assessments, clinical responsibility, and direct patient work, not sitting in long phone queues or getting stuck in administrative triage. You are a central part of care and work both independently and in a team where both are equally important. You make medical assessments, prioritize, and drive patient cases from start to finish. Career and Development Opportunities For those who want more, Kry offers specialist training for nurses, our initiative to develop the future of primary care by developing you. Structured, clinical, and with guidance all the way. Completing the program gives a strong salary increase and a new title. Read more about the specialist program here.
