Rehabilitation is a team effort where speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, social workers, psychologists, rehabilitation assistants, and physicians work together with patients and their families. Our day rehabilitation program serves patients who need intensive specialized neurological rehabilitation beyond what primary care resources can provide. Patients attend two to three half-days per week for 2-3 months and train according to their individual rehabilitation plans. We are now seeking a new colleague for our occupational therapy team in day rehabilitation. Together with the physical therapist and the rest of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring your patients receive well-balanced training focused on their rehabilitation goals outlined in their rehab plans. Our goal is to give older people a richer life – filled with community, care, and joy of living. Our work is characterized by our ethical values: compassion, participation, clarity, and honesty. The organization was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit emerged – the Blomsterfonden spirit – which continues to shape our activities today. We carry forward Alma's mission by cherishing what is at the heart of every human life: recognizing the individual's capacity, will, and emotional life. Blomsterfonden also actively works to support family members. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about elderly people's needs and life situations. Want to make a difference? Become a Blomsterfonden supporter! 1 position(s). Then this could be the job for you. As a property caretaker at Blomsterfonden, you'll have a varied day where no two days are quite alike. One moment you're solving a practical problem in an apartment, the next you're planning a task with a contractor or meeting a tenant who needs your help. You're the one who sees what needs to be done – and makes sure it gets done. Your role As a property caretaker at Liseberg in Älvsjö, you have an important responsibility for ensuring our properties function well, are well-maintained, and feel safe for our tenants. You have frequent daily contact with our tenants and in many ways are Blomsterfonden's face in the area. That's why your approach to people is just as important as your technical skills. You'll become an important person for our tenants At Liseberg, we have around 350 rental apartments for seniors. Here you'll find common spaces, green areas, a restaurant, nearby services, and various activities. The property caretaker is an important part of the service and security available in the area. This means your work is about more than just properties. It's also about people. Who are you? We believe you're someone who enjoys having responsibility and who likes to take charge of things. You need to be comfortable working independently, able to prioritize when several things happen at once, and have the ability to see both details and the bigger picture. You're also someone who enjoys people. You understand that professional behavior, patience, and clear communication are just as important as being technically skilled. We believe you: · are self-driven and responsible · are solution-oriented and take initiative · have organization and order around you · have a naturally service-minded approach · are confident in contact with tenants, colleagues, and contractors · can plan and prioritize your work · enjoy a varied workday. Your experience and qualifications We're looking for someone with: · several years of experience in property maintenance, property technology, or similar work · good technical understanding and practical experience with property-related work · education in construction, property technology, or equivalent knowledge from work experience · good Swedish, spoken and written · good computer skills and experience working in digital systems · a B-class driver's license. Knowledge or experience in areas such as electrical work, plumbing, access systems/building management systems, or working with contractors is a plus.
