At Hudiksvall Municipality's open youth activities, we believe that young people develop the best ideas when they receive the right support, the right questions, and the opportunity to have a say. Our mission is not to create activities for young people, but to create conditions for young people to create together with us. It's about leading processes where young people have the opportunity to have a say, take responsibility, collaborate, and develop. We base our work on research and proven experience and place great emphasis on youth participation, influence, and non-formal learning. We believe that strong preventive work produces the best preventive effects. Therefore, we do not measure our success by how many activities we carry out, but by the extent to which young people have the opportunity to have a say, take responsibility, and grow. What Characterizes You We believe that you: build relationships of trust have a coaching and pedagogical approach believe in young people's own ability and encourage responsibility-taking lead groups and processes with clarity and attentiveness work in a structured manner and see documentation and follow-up as a natural part of quality work collaborate well and want to develop together with colleagues Qualifications You have a recreational leader education or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent.
