We are now seeking two assistants, one for approximately 20 hours/week and one who can work hourly as needed and become part of our team supporting one of our customers. You will receive training and workplace orientation. As a personal assistant to our customer Elias, a 25-year-old, you will help with many aspects of his support needs. He lives with his mom, dad, and siblings in a house in Veinge. He requires significant support with communication, which is why it is very important that assistants have excellent Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing. Elias enjoys taking walks but also likes playing games and spends some time on screens. Assistant Role and Experience We prefer applicants with previous experience working as a personal assistant. Experience with tube feeding is an advantage. Elias uses mobility aids including a wheelchair, ceiling lift, electric wheelchair, and night mask—if you have knowledge or experience with any of these, that is a plus.
