PERSONAL ASSISTANT We are seeking 1-2 male candidates who want to work as a personal assistant to a young man with Down syndrome in Järfälla. Job Responsibilities The job responsibilities include assisting the client with personal care and other tasks in the home. As a personal assistant, you will be involved in the client's daily life, and the job responsibilities depend on the client's situation. We place great importance on your personal qualities and personality. It is an advantage if you have previous experience within LSS and/or working with people with similar diagnoses. Who Are You? To be suitable for this position, you should be attentive, mindful, flexible, and understand your role as a personal assistant and that no two days are alike. Work Hours Weekdays and weekends As an employer, we can offer: - Basic training in personal assistance - Wellness allowance - Opportunities for further training - Significant support in your work as a personal assistant Our policy includes screening new employees against the police criminal records register as part of the hiring process. This means that upon employment, we will request a register extract from you before you start working. You order the register extract yourself via the police website.
