Personal Assistant for 13-Year-Old Girl in Helsingborg We are now looking for a personal assistant for a wonderful and active client who needs support and help in her daily life. As an assistant, you will become an important part of the client's day and work to create a safe, stimulating, and comfortable life based on her individual needs and circumstances. The work includes, among other things, help with all personal hygiene, diaper changes, tube feeding and medication administration, as well as support with breathing assistance and epilepsy management. Regular training and activities are also included. Since the client has visual and hearing impairments and has no speech, you need to be attentive and responsive. The client participates in many activities, which means the work takes place wherever the client is. Since the client frequently visits swimming facilities, swimming ability is a requirement. Much of the work takes place on the floor, so you need to be comfortable with this and have good physical capacity. It is also important that you are not sensitive to noise. The position involves great responsibility, so it is important that you are thorough, responsible, and confident in following established routines. The client can never be left alone, which places high demands on your presence, attention, and sense of responsibility. During work hours, phone use is prohibited so that the client's needs are always in focus. We are looking for someone who is warm, calm, attentive, confident, and committed. You find it easy to follow routines but are also proactive and enjoy planning activities. It is important that you are observant and patient in learning the client's individual way of communicating. Morning shifts are an important part of the position. Therefore, it should not be a problem for you to start early in the morning. The work shift begins and ends at school, where you accompany the client to and from school. We are now looking for you who want meaningful work in the long term and who see the value in being a safe and committed person in another person's daily life. To apply for this position, you must be 18 years old, be able to provide a criminal record check, and provide two relevant references. Scope of Position: We are now seeking several people who can work varying hours day/evening/night on both weekdays and weekends starting in August. Introduction takes place upon employment so you and the client feel comfortable with each other. We would appreciate if you could cover shifts during illness or leave.
