This often involves a walk, sometimes physical therapy. Anna also has certain medical conditions. For example, the job includes administering medication and providing certain treatments. How is the work structured? As Anna's assistant, you will be part of a small work team together with a few people who have worked with Anna for many years. During the first week, you will work alongside other assistants and learn what you need to know. After that, you work one-on-one with Anna, but there is the opportunity to contact other experienced assistants as well as a nurse if needed. The entire work team meets every month for coffee, conversation, schedule planning, and sometimes brief training. There is also an opportunity for further training within the position. The work group receives continuous supervision/consultation with a licensed psychotherapist. Employment Terms We offer the possibility of a flexible schedule, as the schedule is arranged at staff meetings based on assistants' preferences as much as possible. Anna has an assistant 24 hours a day, which means you can choose day work, night work, or a combination. We offer employment ranging from 25-100%, according to your preference.
