A cheerful and positive 35-year-old man with developmental disabilities and autistic traits is looking for someone like you who is responsible and has their heart in the right place.
He needs support and guidance in daily life, planning, and assistance with communication. Job tasks include some personal care, helping with certain household chores, and accompanying him on various activities. He enjoys being outdoors and physical activities such as cycling and swimming. Music and theater are other activities he enjoys.
Working hours are mainly afternoons and evenings during the week, as well as weekends.
You are a positive and empathetic person who would describe yourself as calm and stable. To be suitable for this position, you should be flexible, able to work independently, and ready to take responsibility. You understand what it means to be one step ahead and how important structure and routines are. You likely have experience working with people with autism; personal suitability and mutual rapport are absolutely most important.
Your personality and commitment are crucial for the position, but your Swedish must be very good so you can support him in his communication.
You will of course receive good introduction from your work leader. It is important for his language support that you speak fluent Swedish.
