Now I'm looking for 2 reliable and trustworthy personal assistants who have a good sense of humor! About Me I'm a 45-year-old woman who wants to explore the world and is looking for someone who has a good sense of humor, but who is also not afraid of difficult and challenging emotions. I appreciate humor, laughter, and wild adventures. Due to trauma, I experience flashbacks, nightmares, body memories, and panic attacks. During these moments, I need help and support from my assistants. It's important to me that you and I build a good relationship so that I feel safe with you. It may take some time, so I want you to be patient. Together we plan and structure our days to find a reasonable activity level. Our everyday life alternates between fun activities and managing difficult feelings and challenging memories. Your Responsibilities You will support and assist me, a 45-year-old woman with high-functioning autism and complex PTSD. Your primary task is to help me with stress regulation, emotional management, and finding strategies to act constructively in difficult situations. You will also accompany me on activities. These can range from outdoor activities to shopping. I have a strong interest in spending time in nature and being physically active. I would like to see that you share this interest and have the energy for it. Of course, we have fun together, and when needed, you support and guide me through everyday life. About You My hope is that you are a middle-aged woman who is stable and confident in yourself and can remain composed and focused even in tough situations. You are attentive and good at reading situations, making it easy for you to follow along with my varying moods. Your attentiveness means you're always one step ahead and act as a stress regulator. You radiate calmness to those around you, stay composed, and maintain your full focus on the task. You see challenges where others see obstacles and stand firm when the storm comes. The work requires personal maturity and the ability to take initiative and make decisions when needed, and to act constructively in difficult situations. You need to show great commitment and have an interest in working with behavioral change. It's desirable if you have education in pedagogy or social work, such as a social worker, behavioral pedagogue, or equivalent. You may have experience working with traumatized people, as well as people with self-harm behaviors and autism. It's also important that neither you nor anyone close to you smokes, as I have asthma. Fluent Swedish is a requirement, as clear communication is essential for understanding my needs and creating a safe and functional everyday life. The personal chemistry between you and me is important, so personal suitability is highly valued. I would like you to have a B driver's license, but it's not a requirement. Heavy lifting occurs in the workplace. Other Information 2 permanent positions, 60-100% with start as soon as possible, by agreement. Work shifts are long and extend throughout the day and evening, as well as weekends.
