We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. Would you like meaningful extra work where you make a real difference? Are you calm, responsible, and able to maintain focus during quiet night hours? Then this assignment might be for you. We are now looking for a committed and attentive personal assistant willing to work awake nights as needed for a boy who lives with his mom, dad, and older sister in a comfortable home in Storvreta, just outside Uppsala. About the Position This is an hourly position on an as-needed basis with work hours scheduled during nighttime. Work shifts are typically from 21:00–07:00 or alternatively 22:00–08:00. During the night, the client needs supervision and monitoring. Your task is to be available and attentive to any changes or needs that may arise during the night. Awake night work means you need to be able to maintain concentration, attention, and focus throughout the entire shift. Training will be offered before you start working independently, so you have the opportunity to get to know the client, family, and the routines surrounding the work. The client lives with his family in a nice and well-maintained house in Storvreta. There is a separate assistance room and the work environment is good. This position is particularly well-suited for you if you are a student seeking meaningful extra work alongside your studies, or if you have another occupation and want to work extra during nighttime. You work closely with the client and family and need to be able to relate professionally, respectfully, and attentively to the fact that the workplace is also the family's home. We Are Looking for Someone Who Is calm, confident, and responsible. Is flexible and able to work as needed, especially during school breaks. Is attentive and has good ability to read situations and needs. Has a genuine interest in working with children. Is alert and can maintain focus throughout the night shift. Can work independently and take responsibility for the tasks and routines involved in the work. Is committed and interested in getting to know the client and their individual needs. Speaks Swedish well, both verbally and in writing. Qualifications Meritorious Experience with awake night shifts or other night work. Experience in work requiring high attention and continuous focus. Experience working with children. Experience in care and support services. Experience as a personal assistant. We Place Great Emphasis on Personal Suitability To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are someone who feels comfortable with responsibility and who understands the importance of being present and attentive throughout the entire shift, even during quiet periods. You work structurally, follow agreed-upon routines, and can act calmly and responsibly if a situation changes or the client needs your help. Since the work takes place in the client's home, it is also important that you are respectful, empathetic, and understand the importance of professional conduct toward both the client and the family. Since the position involves work with children, you need to be able to provide a police clearance certificate before employment. We therefore recommend ordering this certificate when you submit your application. Does This Sound Like an Assignment for You? We welcome your application today. Personal Assistants Wanted
Would you like to help create security and support for a happy and social young woman? We are now recruiting personal assistants for a 20-year-old woman living centrally in Arvika. She is an outgoing and cheerful person who loves to laugh, enjoys humor, music, dance, and various activities such as going to cafés, swimming, or spending time in nature. There is both a dog and a cat at home, so applicants should not have pet allergies. Sometimes you will accompany her home to spend time with her family—for example, attending her teenage siblings' sports activities. We are looking for someone who is confident, independent, and takes initiative easily. You are attentive, observant, and have a good ability to read situations. It is important that you help the young woman maintain and develop her physical and mental abilities. The woman has a congenital neurological condition, which means that functions such as language, memory, and motor skills gradually decline. As an assistant, you need to be observant of changes in symptoms and behavior. Currently, no medication delegation is required, but this may become necessary in the future. Working hours and qualifications: The position involves work on a rotating schedule with day and night shifts (overnight awake shifts). It is preferred that the entire work shift is smoke-free. It is an advantage if you have education in healthcare and social services, childcare and recreation, or similar. Experience as a personal assistant or in educational work is also a plus. We place great importance on personal suitability. Prior to any employment, we may request a criminal record check. We are primarily seeking temporary workers, but a fixed schedule position may become available in the future. We welcome your application!
