We are now hiring permanent employees and hourly temporary workers for several of our clients in Anderstorp/Gislaved. As a personal assistant, you participate in the client's daily life and work tasks depend on the client's situation. You may work days, evenings, weekends, nights on call, or sleeping on call depending on the client's needs. It is advantageous if you have previous experience as a personal assistant, but it is not a requirement to be considered for the job. We are looking for employees with empathy, ability to understand others, and flexibility. Since we are recruiting for several clients, more specific information about the job will be provided if an interview is scheduled. QUALIFICATIONS A driver's license is preferred. You must be a calm, stable, and secure person who can work in a structured manner both independently and as part of a team. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you are genuinely interested in working with people. You must have good command of Swedish both spoken and written. Recruiting is ongoing. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks typical for the profession. This can be anything from individualized care such as personal hygiene, communication, and supervision to functioning as support in various contexts. Assistance is provided primarily in the client's home but also includes accompanying clients on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. We want you to be curious and interested in the assignment and actively contribute to our client's development and well-being. Training is provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
