All 24-hour care is provided in Helsingborg. We provide specialist psychiatric care and treatment for patients with serious mental health issues. The catchment area consists of ten municipalities in northwestern Scania, with which we have good collaboration through coordination meetings and care planning. Department 56 is a general psychiatric acute care unit providing 24-hour care as well as an education and development department, aimed at patients over 18 years old. We care for patients with conditions and illnesses across the entire psychiatric diagnostic spectrum. We also have a special mission for specialized eating disorder care. 1 position(s). With us you work in care teams together with care assistants and nursing assistants, where you have the role of care-responsible nurse. In close collaboration with patients, relatives, and colleagues, you are responsible for care planning and contribute to person-centered and safe care based on each patient's individual needs. We work according to Safewards, a model that promotes a safe care environment for both patients and staff. Your work duties include documentation, ward rounds, medication management, care interventions, and mentoring of students according to the peer-learning model.
