Job Duties The Personal Support Services division offers services including companion services, personal assistance, and contact person programs. We work closely together across the entire service area, and we are currently seeking a support pedagogue for a permanent position focused on companion services. As a support pedagogue, you work to support, motivate, and guide both service users and colleagues. You have a central role in the service's quality and development work and are responsible for implementing, monitoring, and developing decided methods and working practices. Your duties include ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, guidelines, and the service's objectives. You actively work to identify areas for development and contribute to creating working practices that strengthen the quality of the service. You serve as a resource for other staff members in social documentation work and implementation plans. There, colleagues from different services meet to exchange experiences and develop common working practices. In this role, you work closely with the unit manager, method developer, and service developer to monitor, develop, and ensure quality assurance of work at the unit. Qualifications The position requires post-secondary specialized training in the field of disability services comprising at least 200 vocational credits, 120 university credits, or 60 university credits with two years of work experience with people with disabilities. The education should include relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care or other training deemed equivalent by the employer. Communication and documentation are important parts of the work, which requires you to have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1. If you do not meet these language requirements, you may be offered a language test through the test provider Educateit. It is a requirement that you have experience with social documentation. It is meritorious if you have experience in personal assistance and/or companion services. The operations area includes personal assistance, guidance services, and contact person activities. As a planner with us, you may have assignments as a staffing planner or service planner. Support Pedagogue at Broströmsgården Children's Residential Home
Responsibilities Would you like to make a difference at Broströmsgården's residential facility for children? Then you might be the person we're looking for. We provide care for four children with multiple disabilities. The children have extensive needs for educational support and personal care. You will be part of a team with support assistants and a unit manager. We also collaborate extensively with other professionals and family members. In your role as a support pedagogue, you will support our residents in their daily lives, including providing care, administering medication under delegation, and managing social documentation. About the Role In your role as Senior Solutions Architect, you will contribute to the implementation, further development, and management of a Kafka platform in a complex technical environment.
