Your primary location is Helsingborg, but in this position you will work throughout the operations area covering Helsingborg, Landskrona, and Ängelholm. Travel and driving are part of the job. On-call duty may become applicable in this position. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you have a completed upper secondary education and/or vocational education with a focus on the facilities sector. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience that the employer deems equivalent. We take it for granted that you have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Since driving is part of the job, a valid driver's license (Category B) is required. To succeed in this position, we expect you to have several years of documented experience in HVAC. Additionally, you possess good general technical understanding of the functions of commonly occurring facilities systems. It is a requirement for this position that you have very good computer skills, and experience with computerized facilities management monitoring is a merit.
