We have a qualified intimate partner violence coordinator who monitors and works on development issues in the area of violence in close relationships. We develop long-term and sustainably. We are an operation that constantly sees opportunities to develop and improve our work, and we are now seeking a colleague who wants to be part of this development work with us. We are looking for someone who likes to contribute ideas, collaborate with others, and drive processes forward in an operation that develops based on the needs of our target groups. At the Intimate Partner Violence Counseling Center, three experienced and knowledgeable counselors and a team leader work together. We are now seeking a counselor as one of our colleagues is moving on to another position within the unit. The Counseling Center is part of the Support and Treatment Unit. The role also includes outreach and preventive work. You will collaborate with internal and external partners and provide information about the center and work addressing violence in close relationships. The work may also include participating in, for example, school visits, festivals, and open meeting places where we meet children, young people, and adults to spread knowledge and information about support and assistance services. We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another relevant qualification that we consider equivalent. You also need strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience documenting in management systems used for official functions. The nature of the work means we place great emphasis on personal suitability in general and on the ability to take independent responsibility and collaborate in particular. You need to be able to and enjoy informing about violence in close relationships and the center's work.
