Key responsibilities • Responsibility for daily operations, personnel, and scheduling • Conduct systematic quality and business development • Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations • Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and relatives • Manage finances and budgets related to operations • Ensure occupancy based on budget and set targets • Collaborate with support functions within the group Who are you? Your educational background must align with the formal requirements to be a permit holder for the facility in accordance with the qualification requirements below. In addition, you are a confident leader with previous experience working with this target group. As a leader, you are communicative, trustworthy, and customer-focused. To succeed in this role, you are results-oriented and comfortable with work that demands flexibility and takes place in constant change. You apply a coaching, solution-focused approach and enjoy working toward and against set goals. Furthermore, you have an understanding of and knowledge in finance and can monitor and analyze operational results. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: • University education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse, or other equivalent education, in accordance with requirements from the Inspectorate for Care Services (IVO) to be a permit holder • Education in social law at least 7.5 credits (if not educated as a social worker) • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position in healthcare and/or social care • Experience with budget work and financial analysis • Very good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing • Category B driving license Meritorious if you also have: • Experience from work within private care services • Experience in leading facilities undergoing development and change • Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth What can we offer you?
