Kramfors Gymnasium has its operations distributed across three schools, where Ådalsskolan is the largest with approximately 370 students. Here, both college-preparatory and vocational-preparatory programs are offered, as well as IM programs. The school is centrally located in Kramfors with good commuting options via both train and bus. We are now looking for two engaged and knowledgeable special educators or special pedagogues who want to make a difference for our students' learning and development! 2 position(s). DUTIES As a special educator/special pedagogue, you play an important role in creating an accessible learning environment and providing students with the support they need to succeed in their studies. Your duties include, among other things: • Plan and implement promoting and preventative student health work. • Identify, assess, and investigate students' support and accommodation needs. • Identify the need for and implement support measures. • Collaborate with students, guardians, and staff to ensure a holistic view of the student's needs. • Implement support measures and instruction for students at individual and group levels. • Participate in the development of the school's pedagogical work and organizational development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a special educator or special pedagogue and has experience working in upper secondary school. You demonstrate skill in identifying and communicating development needs at individual, group, and organizational levels, and can work in both remedial, promoting, and preventative ways. You have a strong ability to analyze and identify support needs and can translate this into pedagogical interventions and support programs. As a person, you are confident, attentive, and have good collaboration skills. You can work independently and in a structured manner while also having a strong ability to cooperate with students, colleagues, and guardians. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
