Registered Nurse at Stroke Clinic with Rotation to Stroke Ward
In the stroke ward, we care for patients with acute stroke/TIA and subsequent acute rehabilitation. We also care for patients who have been operated on/or undergone thrombectomy for stroke or tumor by a neurosurgeon. The ward has a smaller stroke clinic for follow-up visits and an external stroke team that continues rehabilitation and supports patients in their home environment.
