Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 engaged employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. Work is carried out within elderly care, home care, support for people with disabilities, and social psychiatry, individual and family care. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a licensed Nurse for an evening shift within Home Health Care. Work hours are scheduled for evenings, and the role covers the entire municipality, both in regular residences and special care facilities. The position includes work four weekends per ten-week period. As an evening nurse, you are responsible for providing safe and quality medical care and nursing. Your tasks consist of both planned and acute medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups of care interventions, including end-of-life care. You are responsible for documenting care and treatment according to applicable guidelines and serve as a support for patients, relatives, and care staff. The work demands independence, flexibility, and strong collaboration skills, as you work closely with colleagues and other professional disciplines within the organization. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is • A licensed Nurse • Has experience in the profession, as independent work occurs • A Class B driver's license is required for this position as the role covers the entire municipality • You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You are confident in your role, have a strong ability to make well-founded decisions, and can adapt to situations as they arise, always with the patient's best interests in focus. Experience in home health care is advantageous. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and communicative, with genuine commitment to providing high-quality care.
