Information about the workplace We are a Praktikertjänst clinic in central Ronneby with two dentists, one dental hygienist, one receptionist, and five dental hygienists. Due to family reasons, one of our dental hygienists is relocating from Blekinge, and we need to find a replacement. We work with the latest technology. We have 3D printers, digital impression scanners, and panoramic X-ray equipment. An oral surgeon visits us 3-4 times per year to treat patients. One of the dentists works part-time with orthodontics. The patient management system we use is Frenda. The clinic has five treatment rooms, and the dentists work in two rooms each with one dental hygienist in each room. The dental hygienist works in the fifth room. We work with a high degree of delegation. Dental hygienists take panoramic X-rays, administer anesthesia, create temporary restorations, perform scaling and polishing, occasionally scan, and handle emergency patients. The dentist is available as needed. Job responsibilities Job responsibilities include all standard dental hygienist duties such as opening and closing treatment rooms and the clinic, sterilization work, assisting with treatments, delegated tasks such as creating temporary restorations, administering anesthesia, and taking panoramic X-rays (if you have the qualification; otherwise, we will arrange training after the probationary period) Working hours are full-time with full-time pay, but actual weekly hours are approximately 36.25h per week, and approximately once a month there is a clinic meeting of about one hour after regular work hours. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained dental hygienist. You speak fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Most importantly, personal suitability is key.
