The Vänersberg Operations Area consists of two correctional facilities in Vänersberg and one remand detention facility in Uddevalla. Östragård Prison is an open facility for clients sentenced for sexual offenses, and Brinkeberg Prison is a closed facility with higher security classification. Uddevalla Detention Facility receives both restricted and unrestricted detainees. Job tasks As an administrator/executive assistant, you will work in close collaboration with managers within the Vänersberg Operations Area. In your role, you support the managers from an administrative perspective on HR matters such as work environment, co-determination agreements, collective bargaining agreements, salary structures, personnel planning, and rehabilitation. The role also includes working with certain parts of the recruitment process. Your tasks involve coordinating with the recruitment unit as well as administration related to ordering agreements and establishing personnel files. As an administrator/executive assistant, you will also prepare materials and participate in and take responsibility for preparing minutes for management meetings, negotiations, and safety committees. You participate in regional executive assistant meetings and maintain continuous contact with other regional parts of the organization as well as external parties and union representatives. Furthermore, you provide support to the prison director and correctional inspectors on specific matters such as the HR annual calendar, operational planning, and follow-ups. You will work across the entire operations area, but your placement will be at one of the facilities in Vänersberg.
