For our customer, we are now seeking a Quality Engineer. This is a temporary recruitment assignment via Unik Resurs with the ambition of long-term employment with the customer. Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility We are now looking for an engaged and driven person who wants to take a key role in our quality work, with a focus on audits and continuous improvements. In this role, you will work on planning, conducting, and following up on audits in several areas – process audits according to VDA 6.3, system audits, and product audits according to VDA 6.5. You have an important role in ensuring that our processes and management system meet both internal and external requirements. The role involves many contact points where you function as an advisory expert in quality and audit matters, while also contributing to developing the business and driving improvement initiatives. Parallel to audit work, you contribute your expertise in IATF core tools, particularly PFMEA and control plans, to strengthen the quality of our processes. Your main areas of responsibility Plan, conduct, and follow up on process audits according to VDA 6.3 Conduct system audits and participate in and support customer audits Participate in work related to VDA 6.5 (product audits) Identify deviations, conduct root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions Support the business on quality matters and contribute to increased understanding of requirements and standards Contribute expertise in IATF core tools, particularly PFMEA and control plans Be involved in developing and strengthening the company's quality and audit work Your Profile You have post-secondary education in engineering, quality, or production – or equivalent work experience. You have experience in quality work within manufacturing industry, with a focus on audits. You have good knowledge of and practical experience with audits according to VDA 6.3, and preferably also experience with system and customer audits as well as VDA 6.5. You further have strong competence in IATF core tools, especially PFMEA and control plans. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and have an eye for detail. You are confident in your expertise and thrive in a role where you get to review, challenge, and drive improvements.
