Job Description You will be working with me, a 7-year-old girl who enjoys music, dance, film, play, running around in my wheelchair, and nature walks with my manual wheelchair. I always need an adult nearby who interprets and supports, listens and initiates, but also supervises to ensure my safety. During the day, I attend school with my assistant. I am susceptible to infections, so during certain periods we may need to stay home instead of going to school. I need help with toilet visits, showering, dressing and undressing, transfers, tube feeding, inhalations and medication intake, as well as initiatives for play and interaction. My care needs likely involve heavy lifting on your part, so you need to be in good physical condition. I also have extensive mucus issues, so you need to be alert and have the calm to manage stressful situations that can arise related to this. I have my own communication style. You need to be creative, attentive, and responsive to both my subtle signals and body language. It is also important that you speak Swedish well, as in addition to not having spoken language, I have both a severe intellectual disability and reduced vision and hearing. I would appreciate it if you could use alternative communication methods such as sign language or visual support (TAKK). It is important to me that my assistants are cheerful, imaginative, and take their own initiative so that I have a fun and meaningful everyday life with people I can rely on. Who are you? It is important that you are attentive and able to follow, perceive, and interpret the child's needs and signals. Previous experience with children with multiple disabilities and care work is a merit. Special merit is knowledge and experience of tube feeding, medication administration and inhalations, as well as mucus mobilization. You can already, and have curiosity to learn more about alternative communication such as sign language and visual support. It is important to me that you have good collaboration skills and are clear in your communication handover so that you can convey my day and my needs to the next person so that the team functions well together. In this role, you will meet people with neuropsychiatric, intellectual and physical disabilities, where you contribute with security, structure and good care. We are now looking for two support assistants/residential assistants for our group home on Lännavägen in Visby. Your responsibilities As a support assistant in a group home, you work together with your colleagues to support service users in daily life and give them the opportunity to live as independently and participatory as possible. Support is adapted to each person's needs, and we place great emphasis on self-determination, integrity and respectful treatment. The work is both varied and responsible, where you work based on a pedagogical approach with the service user in focus. We work based on IBIC (individual's needs at the center) and the role includes contact person responsibilities, which means that you, among other things, work with implementation plans, maintain contact with relatives and coordinate services according to LSS and HSL. The position involves work according to a schedule with day, evening and weekend shifts as well as sleeping on-call duty. The schedule includes some "green tours" which means that you, if needed and after introduction, should also be available for other units and activities. For the position of support assistant in care services, the starting salary range is 26,800–34,000 kronor per month. For the position of residential assistant in care services, the starting salary range is 24,000–30,000 kronor per month. We apply individual salary setting. Final salary is determined based on education, relevant experience, competence and responsibility in the role, as well as in consideration of applicable collective agreements. Who are you? If you are applying as a support assistant, you have completed upper secondary education with a focus on care and health services, children and leisure, or are educated as a social pedagogue and/or personal assistant. If you are applying as a residential assistant, you have completed upper secondary education or have work experience that the employer deems equivalent. It is meritorious if you have previously worked in care for people with disabilities and have experience with challenging behavior, salutogenic approach and low-affect management. A B-category driving license is desirable. We are looking for someone who is initiative-taking and flexible, with the ability to see what needs to be done and adapt to different situations. You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment, while feeling secure in taking on your own responsibility. With your pedagogical insight, you create understanding and structure in everyday life, and with your creativity you find solutions that strengthen the individual's independence and development. You have a responsive and respectful approach and see possibilities in every encounter. It is important that you are confident in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as all communication and documentation takes place in Swedish. Our client is a 30-year-old woman who lives in her own apartment in central Trollhättan and is looking for a smoke-free, energetic, resourceful, and attentive female assistant who can be with her wherever she goes. She attends daily activities, the gym, the swimming pool, and also spends time at the stables where she rides and takes care of her horse. She has an acquired brain injury and needs help with everything. You need to like animals since she rides and is at the stables, and because there is a dog in the family that sometimes comes to visit. It is desirable if you have a driver's license. Work hours are scheduled during daytime and evenings, both on weekdays and weekends.

Job Description A cheerful 23-year-old hard rock guy is now looking for an assistant who is confident, stable, and preferably has experience with functional variations. The customer enjoys watching comedy programs such as Kvarteret Skatan, HIPP HIPP, and Mr Bean. He is also interested in outings such as watching and riding trains, visiting churches, and looking at flags. Sometimes he wants to eat pizza or have a fika at a nice place. The customer uses a wheelchair for longer distances as he cannot expend too much energy due to his eating disorder ARFID. The customer needs help and motivation when it comes to getting dressed, as well as help and support during meals. He requires continuous supervision and the assistant must be one step ahead. Who am I looking for? Important for the customer is that you have patience and are calm. Very important is if you are a hard rock enthusiast and like regular metal to thrash and some black metal. The customer has autism, moderate developmental variation, language disorder, and mild epilepsy as well as cerebral palsy, and we would like you to have some experience with this. Picture communication is available as support. A driver's license is a merit but not a requirement; it is important that you are smoke-free. Experience with tube feeding is a merit but can be trained on-site. You will get to work alongside/be trained by my existing assistants so you will learn about me and my routines and support needs from those who already know me well!
