Work Tasks PERSONAL ASSISTANT As a personal assistant, you work in the person's home and provide the support they need to manage their daily life and leisure. Work tasks may include practical chores, personal care, medical interventions, recreational activities, and social contacts, always based on the user's needs and preferences. We work both in pairs and alone; you always have a colleague to call for help, so you're never completely alone! At night, there are always two working together. SPECIAL HOUSING (elderly homes) Do you want to contribute to a secure everyday life for our elderly who can no longer live independently? At our elderly homes, we work together as a team, with the elderly person in focus around the clock. We provide good service to our users by activating, supporting, holding their hand, being present during anxiety, creating social connection, and providing good care. Good care means helping people with things they can no longer do themselves, such as getting dressed, washing, or eating. TRÄDGÅRDEN'S ELDERLY CENTERS Do you want a meaningful job with great responsibility together with a team? At Trädgården's Elderly Centers, you work with care for our relief guests and support, rehabilitate, and assess people's future care needs. You always have colleagues and a team of various professionals nearby to collaborate and develop the individual together. We are here to provide our users with a secure everyday life either as support for returning home from hospital stays or to relieve family members of care responsibilities. SHORT-TERM ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH Here you get the opportunity to work with our youngest target group, children and youth ages 6-21 with LSS decisions. As a supervisor in short-term care, your task is to create a safe and well-planned stay for the child/youth who lives there temporarily. You help them manage their daily routines such as personal hygiene and provide support in activities that contribute to creating wonderful stays outside the home! CARE AND PSYCHIATRIC HOUSING In the role of residential supervisor, we work together as a team. By being curious and attentive to the resident's needs, abilities, and dreams, you create quality of life and make the day meaningful and enriching. You support and guide with recreational activities, community contacts, meals, household tasks, medication management, and personal care. You are important as you enable a good life situation for our users every day – you can make the difference for our users in their everyday lives! We are looking for you who: Have reached 18 years of age Are curious and interested in people Want a fun and varied job Qualifications Working in healthcare and care services largely involves helping and supporting people. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is responsible, empathetic, and secure. Since conditions can change quickly, it is important that you are flexible and have good collaboration skills. As you work with people, good conduct and being service-oriented are especially important. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. Experience and/or training in similar work is something we value. The job requires good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing to be able to perform documentation and communicate with users, colleagues, and relatives.
