JOB DUTIES The preschools in the Duved rector's area are now seeking trained child care providers or child care assistants with work experience. Our vision for preschool is to create the Preschool of Possibilities for our times—a democratic meeting place and the children's arena, where all adults stand up for children's rights. The preschools in Duved have committed to a project-based approach where the adults are responsible for the quality of the preschool's education based on the children's interests. We want the preschool to be a place that both children and adults look forward to. Your duties consist of both work with the children and work for the children. Working with the children includes working in the child group with teaching and care. Working for the children includes systematic quality work with documentation and reflection, individually and together with colleagues, as well as communication with guardians. You will be part of a work team together with preschool teachers and additional child care providers/child care assistants. The preschool teacher is responsible for ensuring the quality of the preschool's education and teaching that you carry out together in the work team. QUALIFICATIONS • You have child care provider training or other training that benefits working in a child group at preschool. • You participate in work to develop the preschool's quality based on our curriculum and other governing documents. • As a person, we see that you are relationship-building, curious, and responsible, and want to work with both children and adults. • You can work both independently and together with colleagues. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in preschool. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work with both teaching the children and in contact with guardians. We want you to have basic digital skills to perform digital notes in our programs Unikum and in Microsoft Office, as well as be able to document in images and text for our systematic quality work.
